
Opening of D8 European Park
Prague / Kozomin 30.11.2007 – The first building of logistic center D8 European Park has been dedicated yesterday afternoon. Building A has been implemented by National Technological Park s.r.o. next to the D8 highway by the exit 9 in direction to Teplice. The company is formed by the team of experienced developers – AFI EUROPE Czech Republic and Pro Delta. This partnership was symbolicaly represented by Israeli wine and Dutch cheese. The Art of Logistic was presented by original mergence of technical warehouse space with classical music and modern dance performance.Blue building A represents the first phase of the project, which has been recently awarded by LOG IN for the best warehouse space for 2007. „The experts call the project the logistic park of the third generation and we are happy, that another forum of specialized public the high credit of D8 European park confirmed. We are not only developer but also the operator of the logistic center. D8 European Park was really designed to be „tenant friendly. Developers are coming with the benefit package, which will surely every company appreciate. The above standard grid size 33.6 m wide and 12.0 m deep enables up to 12,5% higher efficiency of space compared to the other projects. Besides that, D8 European Park offers easy access to the warehouse. The park has 1 dock per 475 sq m and the dock levelers enable the straight entry to the warehouse. The maintenance costs are put on minimum by the effective insulation and by using the roof windows. The project has been developed in team cooperation of AFI EUROPE Czech Republic and Pro Delta. Our Dutch partner – Pro Delta is deeply experienced with the logistic warehouse construction. AFI EUROPE Czech Republic has good knowledge of the Czech market where it has been operating already for 10 years.
