ProDelta (former Baris Group) is active in real estate for 60 years. ProDelta focus on the management of a large portfolio of Real Estate investments (approx. 450.000 m²) with the emphasis on logistic warehousing. Centre of activities: Port of Rotterdam, Province Noord-Brabant, Port of Antwerp. Mainly equipped for logistic activities & merchandise. Expansion activities in the Port of Antwerp and Port of Rotterdam. Further investments & developments in Germany and Central- & Eastern Europe.
