At the logistic trade faire EASTLOG company NATIONAL TECHNOLOGICAL PARK s.r.o. introduced the benefits of its project D8 EUROPEAN PARK located next to the D8 Highway close to Kozomin.

Work on the new, modern D8 EUROPEAN PARK logistics park has commenced

Demand for modern storage premises is on the rise. Over 150,000 m2 of storage areas were leased in just the third quarter of 2006. This means a growth in demand of 84% compared to the previous quarter, and an interannual growth of 37%. National Technological Park s.r.o., a joint venture of the international companies AFI EUROPE and ProDelta, has responded to that situation, constructing a new modern logistic park - D8 EUROPEAN PARK.

The construction works are currently in the stage of removing the surface soil. Construction work on building A is planned to commence in the fourth quarter of 2006.

D8 EUROPEAN PARK is our answer to the increasing demand for quality storage areas. And we do not want to offer our clients just another logistics park. The difference will rest in the architectural design, a wide spectrum of services and an exceptional quality of implementation, David Halfi, general director of AFI EUROPE Czech Republic comments on the commencement of the construction works.

The industrial D8 EUROPEAN PARK is located in the municipality of Kozomn, in the proximity of Prague. The premises of the park to be built are situated right along the D8 motorway, the park is accessible form both sides of the road. The building is anticipated to be completed in the third quarter of 2007.

The total area of some 90,050 m2 of modern storage premises will provide units of various sizes from 1,900 m2 or more. There will be loading ledges on both sides of each of the three buildings, as well as an optimal interior column arrangement 33.6 x 12.0 m for logistics purposes. The interior layout may be adjusted to the tenants specific requirements. The size of the offices and additional space may always be adjusted according to the final technical specifications.
