D8 European Park has the first tenants

First tenants are moving in to the logistic center D8 European Park. Cesky Caparol has leased 2500 sq m for the period of 5 years and BRENO Koberec 2300 sq m for 1 year.
“We are pleased that some companies have already understood the benefits of D8 European Park and they want to cooperate with us long term as well as in short term. We believe that soon we will be able to announce another names of new tenants,” says Mr. Eran Liron, sales & marketing manager of National Technological Park. “We are as much tenants friendly as possible and beside the technological innovations we offer them flexibility in terms of space or length of the lease.”
